October 2003, WBCM relocated to a new office in Camp
Hill, Pennsylvania, after having spent 11 years in its
Mechanicsburg location. Headed by Joseph O’Neil,
P.E., Vice President, the Camp Hill office provides
structural engineering, transportation and bridge engineering
services to various clients including universities,
private industries, the Department of Defense and PennDOT.
The branch also supports the corporate office on various
contracts throughout the region.

office. Headed by Mike Wuerthele, P.E., Vice President,
the Pittsburgh office provides structural engineering

Take the Bridgeville Exit - Number 54 (PA-50).
Turn right onto Miller’s Run Road (PA-50).
Turn right onto Washington Pike (as you are turning
right, there will be an Exxon Gas Station in front of
you and a BP Gas Station to your right.)
Turn left onto Bursca Drive.
At split in road, bear left.
At stop sign, turn right.
WBCM is in Building 600 which is at the top of the hill
on your left.
