Project Engineer (08B-08-005) WBCM seeks a project engineer with a BSCE (EIT preferable) and 0-3 years of traffic engineering experience (MSCE may be substituted for 1 year of experience). Duties include conducting morning and evening peak-period field observations; preparing/reviewing plans, calculations and reports; conducting capacity analyses with HCS and Critical Lane. Successful candidate must be flexible and may work with numerous project members to help in project completion. Experience in Microstation/AutoCADD, HCS, and Microsoft Office software is required. Synchro/Simtraffic is a plus. Some travel and some overtime required. This is mostly an indoor position, but some outdoor work, regardless of weather, is also required.
