Senior Process Engineer / Manager (08B-14-001)

WBCM seeks dynamic, innovative, and motivated Industrial Engineering Manager.  Successful candidate must possess strong communication skills and 7-10 years’ material handling experience.  Experience in direct project oversight of day-to-day operations and project management/design is preferred.  The qualified candidate will manage the design, layout, specifications and drawings of all required equipment, structural steel, foundations and concrete required to deliver a quality manufacturing, structural, or engineering package on schedule.  Excellent benefits package, free parking.  Compensation commensurate with experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

• 7 years of experience in manufacturing plant design, equipment layout, material handling equipment, and structural steel framing of industrial equipment

• Supervisory skills

• Excellent communications skills, including frequent customer and contractor coordination

• Valid driver's license

• Have your own transportation

• Available for travel and overtime

Desirable Qualifications:

• AutoCAD 2006 experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Registered Maryland P.E.
