Civil Engineer (08P-07-001) WBCM seeks a civil engineer, licensed in the state of Pennsylvania, with 5-10 years of experience in site development design. Applicants should have a bachelor's degree in civil engineering with concentration in water resources, and experience in developing construction documents for a variety of projects. Design experience should include layout, geometry, grading, stormwater management, sediment and erosion control, and utilities (water, sewer, storm drains). A working knowledge of State of Pennsylvania and local development regulations is required and applicants should possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience in AutoCAD 2006, Land Development Desktop, TR20, HEC2, and Microstation a real plus. Refer to Job #08P-07-001 when applying. Minimum Qualifications:
