 Duties:                           

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all-encompassing.  Each person is expected to help out in whatever duties are required to deliver a quality product on schedule. 

• Directs, organizes and plans the field crew's daily work effort
• Calculates and records field date
• Reviews and interprets project survey requirements
• Responsible for crew meeting project schedule
• Trains and supervises junior crew members
• Maintains communication and interaction with office survey staff
• Conducts field surveys for boundary, control and topography projects
• Interprets construction documents and performs the necessary calculations for proper construction stake-out

Experience: 

4 - 10 years

Skills:                             

Working knowledge of coordinate geometry, mastery of equipment operation and field techniques.

Education:   

High School Diploma to B.S.Degree in related field

Working Conditions:       

Outside, regardless of weather.  Travel and overtime with occasional weekends.

Reports to:                     Vice President - Surveys

Salary:                           Commensurate with experience

Salary Type:                 Hourly
