Duties:     

The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all-encompassing.  Each person is expected to help out in whatever duties are required to deliver a quality product on schedule.

• During design and contract document phases, assisting the Project Manager by carrying out design tasks associated with major sub-systems of a project.
• Able to produce a complete set of construction documents.
• In depth researching of various technologies and systems associated with the project.
• Preparation of graphic material and designs for studies and for presentations to the client.

Experience:         

5 years in architecture, interior design firm

Skills:        

Skill as designer, knowledge of materials and methods of construction.  Use of Word, Excel, AutoCAD, BIM required.

Education:                     

BA/BS in Architecture required.

Working Conditions:      

Mostly in office.  Some travel required.

Reports to:               Project Manager

Salary Type:             Hourly with 1.5 overtime rate

Salary:                              $20 - $26 / Hour
