Duties: The following duties are typical of the position, but are not all-encompassing. Each person is expected to help out in whatever duties are required to deliver a quality product on schedule. The HR Assistant helps with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the HR departmental functions and duties. The HR assistant carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: Departmental development, HRIS input/output, employee relations, training and development, benefits, organizational development, executive administration, and employment. The HR Assistant will have partial responsibility for these areas:
Experience: Previous internship in a professional HR office is preferred.
Skills:
Education: BS in Human Resource Management or BA/BS with a concentration in Human Resources
Working Conditions: Mostly inside office environment. Lifting <20 lbs. Some travel and overtime required.
Reports to: Vice President of Human Resources Salary Type: Hourly (1.5 overtime rate)
