North Shore Townhomes - Canton, City of Baltimore, MD

Civil and waterfront design of 44 townhouses, 12 pier homes, a marina, and rehabilitation of existing pier structure. Project included compliance with Critical Areas Regulations and preparation of all permits and reviews for waterfront construction. Due to site limitations, offset fees provided the most economical solution for adherence to water quality regulations.
