WBCM is pleased to announce …

Michael Bolinger, FAIA, has joined the firm’s Canton Architectural group as a Vice President.  Mr. Bolinger has both extensive knowledge of project management and a deep understanding of client relationships.  He will focus on providing architectural design services for WBCM’s institutional, government and private/public sector clients.

Mr. Bolinger has over 37 years of industry experience, most recently as a principal and practice leader for Cochran, Stephenson & Donkervoet, Inc., a local Baltimore Architecture firm.  In this role, he directed many complex and notable projects including the $151 million Baltimore Convention Center and the $38 million world-wide headquarters of Integrated Health Services.

Joseph O’Neil, P.E., Senior Vice President, has been promoted to Class B Principal.  Mr. O’Neil currently serves as the Branch Manager of the firm’s Camp Hill, Pennsylvania office. 

Mindy Hinsley, CPSM has been promoted to Vice President of Marketing.  Mrs. Hinsley recently served as the firm’s Business Development Director. 

Jesse Lindsay, P.E. has been promoted to Vice President.  Mr. Lindsay is a Project Manager within the firm’s Marine-Industrial division.

David A. Rusnak, NCARB, a former new building Program Architect at Penn State University has joined WBCM as Sr. Project Architect.  Mr. Rusnak has over 37 years of experience in higher education and healthcare design. 

Stephen C. Burdette, AIA, has joined WBCM as Sr. Project Architect.  Prior to joining WBCM, Mr. Burdette served as Principal of S.C. Burdette Architects, Inc. for 10 years.  He has over 29 years of experience in mixed-use and commercial architecture.

Robert A. Brosso, AIA, has joined WBCM as Sr. Project Architect after serving as President of Brosso Wilhelm and McWilliams, Inc. for 24 years.  Mr. Brosso has over 40 years of experience in commercial, mixed-use and sports and recreation architecture.

Mark Shafer, P.E. has been promoted to Class B Principal. Mr. Shafer is a Senior Vice President who currently serves as the head of WBCM's Marine-Industrial division.

Joseph O'Neil, P.E. has been promoted to Senior Vice President. Mr. O'Neil is the Branch Office Manager of WBCM's Camp Hill , Pennsylvania location.

Gene Merkel has been promoted to Vice President. Mr. Merkel serves as the Director of Inspection Services for WBCM.

Todd Lang, P.E., AICP, has been promoted to Vice President. As a supervisor in WBCM's Transportation Department, Mr. Lang oversees transportation planning and design projects.

Chris Calaf, CCNA, CCA, MCP, has been promoted to Vice President. Mr. Calaf is the Director of Information Services at WBCM.

Jim Prosser, P.E . has been promoted to Vice President. Mr. Prosser is a Process Engineer who serves in the Marine-ndustrial division of WBCM.

Lyle Aaby , has been promoted to Vice President. Mr. Aaby serves as the Director of Construction Services for WBCM.
