provided civil design services for a new high school
in Westminster, Maryland. The site included athletic
fields for both baseball and softball, tennis courts,
an athletic stadium which provided a running track and
a multi-purpose field for football, soccer, lacrosse,
field hockey and track. WBCM also provided the complete
utility infrastructure for the site and modified the
existing stormwater management pond.
